The following is included only to demonstrate what a real refund policy may look like for a live plant business.

Refund Policy - Live Plants

If this were a real store, refunds might be granted if:

  • A plant arrives damaged

  • The wrong item is sent

  • The product is defective upon arrival

Claims would typically need to be submitted within 24–48 hours.

What's not include in the Refund Policy

Live plants, soil, and perishable goods generally cannot be returned once shipped.
